How to prepare Mama Cacao

You don’t need a big ceremony for it. A few quiet minutes for yourself are enough.

Arrive

Take 2 heaped tablespoons of Mama Cacao (3 for a ceremony) and a deep breath.

Stir in

Add the shavings to warm water or plant milk. Traditionally, cacao is drunk with water. Do not let it boil.

Connect

Froth until creamy and set an intention for yourself.
